- Serves: 1 person
- 140g frozen pineapple
- 1small banana
- 160ml apple juice
- 1lime, juice of ¼ (about 1 tbsp), plus a wedge to serve (optional)
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Step 1Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 mins until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint to garnish, if you like.
