Recipe Tip: Biscuits: Orange Biscuits - Falstaff

- 150 gflour
- 100 gbutter
- 50 gicing sugar
- zest of one orange
- orange marmalade
Step 1Preheat oven to 190 °C. Mix butter, flour, orange zest and icing sugar into a shortcrust pastry.
Step 2Roll the dough thinly to about 2 to 3 millimetres and cut out round shapes with a biscuit cutter.
Step 3Place on a baking tray and bake for about twelve minutes. Once the biscuits have cooled, glue two pieces together with orange marmalade.
Step 4Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
