Recipe Tip: Mango & Cucumber Salad with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 2ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- ½small red onion, finely diced
- 3mini cucumbers, diced
- 1red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoonfish sauce
- 1 tablespoonfresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 pinch(es)sugar

Mix all the ingredients together and leave to infuse briefly.Step 2
Goes well with grilled fish, for example sea bass or angler fish, as well as grilled chicken.
