Zelena salata
So much more than just lettuce, a good green salad transcends the seasons. This one brings in crisp green pepper and celery, topped with crunchy onions

Ingredients
- 2heads butterhead lettuce , washed and separated
- 1shallot , finely diced
- 1celery stick , peeled into ribbons
- 1long green pepper , sliced
- 1tbsp full fat yogurt
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1lemon , zested and juiced
- 1tbsp honey
- olive oil , for drizzling
- 1tbsp store-bought crunchy fried onions
Instructions
Step 1
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a serving bowl. Add the shallots, celery and pepper.Step 2
Put the yogurt, sesame oil, lemon zest and juice, and honey in a jug, and whisk well. Pour the dressing over the lettuce leaves and toss lightly. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle over the crunchy onions and serve.
