Lavender espresso tonic
Upgrade your espresso and tonic with lavender to make this on-trend summer iced coffee serve. Make your own lavender syrup or swap out for elderflower

Ingredients
- 30ml espresso (cooled) or strong cold brew
- 15ml lavender syrup (more to taste) - buy online or make with fresh lavender!
- 150ml carbonated tonic water
- 15ml lemon juice
- lavender sprigs , to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Extract your espresso and let it cool or chill. Use store-bought or homemade lavender syrup (recipe above). Fill a glass with ice then add lavender syrup, tonic water and lemon juice. Add the cooled espresso and stir. Garnish with lavender sprigs.
