S'mores
Made with just five ingredients in less than 10 minutes, this take on the classic barbecue treat features the all-American pairing of peanut butter and jam

Ingredients
- 16digestive biscuits
- 70g dark roasted crunchy peanut butter
- 50g raspberry jam
- 35g dark chocolate chips
- 16marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the grill to high. Put 8 biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread peanut butter over them, then swirl over the jam and top with a few chocolate chips, pushing them into the jam and peanut butter. Top each with two marshmallows and a pinch of sea salt flakes.Step 2
Slide under the grill for 2 mins 30 seconds until the marshmallows are golden, bubbling and melting. Sandwich with the remaining digestives and serve immediately. If you’re cooking on a barbecue, sandwich the marshmallow-topped digestives with the remaining digestives, then wrap each in foil. Cook on the barbecue for 3-4 mins on each side or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are toasted. Carefully remove and unwrap to serve.
