Singapore sling
This gin-based treat from Singapore is made with an array of exciting ingredients, including cherry brandy and Cointreau

Ingredients
- 25ml gin
- 1tbsp cherry brandy
- ½tbsp benedictine
- ½tbsp Cointreau
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 1tbsp lime juice
- a dash Angostura bitters
- sparkling water, to top up (optional)
- pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Put the gin, brandy, Bénédictine, Cointreau, pineapple juice, lime juice and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well to combine, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice.Step 2
Top up with a little sparkling water, if you like, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
