Apple and Buffalo Monterey Jack Roll

Super quick, healthy, and absolutely delicious. I use an Enterprise apple.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 onion roll, split
• 0.25 apple, thinly sliced
• 1 slice Buffalo sauce-flavored Monterey jack cheese

Steps

1. Spread mustard onto cut-sides of onion roll halves. Top one half with apple slices and cheese; sandwich with remaining half.
