Passion fruit mule
Make a mule with a tropical twist by adding passion fruit to the classic vodka and ginger beer mixture – it's a crowd-pleaser

Ingredients
- 50ml vodka
- 50ml passion fruit liqueur
- 1passion fruit, pulp only
- ice
- 150ml ginger beer
- lime wedge, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the vodka and passion fruit liqueur into a tumbler or copper cup. Add the fresh passion fruit pulp and mix to combine.Step 2
Add ice to a tumbler until it is three-quarters full, then top up with the ginger beer. Stir gently. Finish with a lime wedge to serve.
