Sheet Pan Eggs
Pulling kitchen duty in the morning and feeding a crowd? With sheet pan eggs, breakfast for the whole gang is a snap.
- Serves: 6 persons
- 1dozen large eggs
- ¼cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Preheat oven to 425 F.
Step 3Coat a half sheet pan with the olive oil. Place it in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4Meanwhile, crack eggs into a quart-sized pitcher, liquid measuring cup, or anything with a wide spout that can accommodate all the eggs.
Step 5Gently, yet expeditiously, pour eggs onto hot sheet pan, and return to oven. For sunnies, bake until white is just set and yolks are still liquid, about 5 minutes. Remove, season with salt and pepper, divide, and serve.
