Bisquick Sausage Balls

Bisquick sausage balls are an easy appetizer that you can throw together quickly for a holiday celebration or Super Bowl party.

  1. Step 1

    Gather the ingredients.
  2. Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 325 F.  Combine all of the sausage ball ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer using a paddle attachment. You can also mix it with clean hands in a large bowl. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed, but don’t over mix. This will make the sausage balls tough.

    Use a cookie scoop to form the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the sausage balls to the sheet. Place them slightly apart so they are not touching.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should read 165 F.

    As they are baking, prepare the dipping sauce. 
  6. Step 6

    Whisk all of the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. You can make the sauce a few days ahead of time. The longer it sits, the more the flavor will develop. 
  7. Step 7

    Serve the sausage balls with some chopped chives and the dipping sauce. You can serve them hot or at room temperature.
