Grilled Cauliflower Recipe
Grilling is a great way to prepare cauliflower. It comes out tender, with a slightly crunchy exterior, and a toasty, smoky flavor.
- Serves: 4 persons
- 1large head of cauliflower (broken down as described above)
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 2teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1teaspoon chili powder
- ½lemon, for squeezing
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, kosher salt, and chili powder.
Step 3Transfer the cauliflower directly to a medium-high grill (around 400 F) and close the lid. In about 15 minutes, flip the florets over with a pair of tongs so that they brown evenly.
Step 4Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, then remove, and transfer to a bowl. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and toss, garnish with the freshly chopped chives, then serve.
