- 120grams butter (SOFTENED not melted)
- 1cup flour
- 3teaspoons baking powder
- ⅔cup White sugar
- 2large eggs
- 4tablespoons of milk
- grated rind and juice of one large lemon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line a square 18cm baking tin. Put all cake ingredients together in a food processor or mixing bowl in order above and beat or blend for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 20-25 mins.
