- 1 ⅓cup creamy peanut butter
- ½cup mashed very ripe bananas
- ½cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1egg
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½cups all-purpose flour
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- ½teaspoon salt
- 2tablespoons granulated sugar
- Fleur de sel, or other flaky sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, mashed banana, and brown sugar until smooth.Step 4
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.Step 6
