Easy Peanut Butter-Banana Oatmeal
Great way to perk up plain instant oatmeal for your picky eaters, without using any butter or brown sugar!
- Serves: 1 person
- ¾cup water
- 1(1 ounce) packet plain instant oatmeal
- 1tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
- ½banana, sliced
Step 1Combine water and oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 60 to 75 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir, and let sit for about 30 seconds.
Step 2Add peanut butter to the hot oatmeal and stir until completely mixed. Top with banana slices.
