Ingredients
- 1 tbspoil
- 800 gbeef ragout
- 3onions
- 2garlic cloves
- 1 tspmarjoram leaves
- 1 tspcaraway seeds
- 2 tsphot paprika
- 1 tspsalt
- 3 dlmeat bouillon
- 500 gwaxy potatoes
- 1yellow pepper
- 1red pepper
- 1 tinchopped tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the meat all over in batches, return to the pot. Add the onions and garlic, sauté for approx. 3 mins., season. Pour in the stock, bring to the boil, cover and cook over a low heat for approx. 1 3/4 hrs.Step 2
Add the potatoes, pepper and tomatoes, cover and continue cooking for approx. 30 mins.
