Ingredients
- 200 gplain cottage cheese
- 60 gwholemeal spelt flour
- 75 gdried tomatoes in oil
- ¼ bunchrosemary
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with all the other ingredients. Divide the cottage cheese mixture into 8 portions, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.Step 2
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
