  1. Step 1

    Heat waffle iron on high.
  2. Step 2

    Stir together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Step 3

    Whisk together the milk, 1 egg, and oil in a liquid measuring cup or separate bowl.
  4. Step 4

    Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir until combined.
  5. Step 5

    Add a 1/4 cup of the batter to the center of the waffle iron and crack an egg over it. Then sprinkle 1/4 of the bacon crumbs and 1/4 of the cheese over the batter. Cover with about another 1/4 cup of batter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. 
  6. Step 6

    Repeat for the remaining 3 waffles and enjoy!
