Roasted Potatoes With Parsley
Roasted potatoes taste best when they have a browned, slightly crunchy coating on the outside and a soft center. Try this kid-friendly potato recipe.

Ingredients
- 2pounds new potatoes
- 1teaspoon garlic powder (not garlic salt)
- 1teaspoon sea salt (or kosher salt)
- ¼cup olive oil
- ½teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F.Step 2
Wash potatoes and cut into 3/4-inch chunks.Step 3
Remember, the more even the chunks, the more even the potatoes will cook.Step 4
Also, the smaller the chunks the faster the potatoes will cook.Step 5
Place potatoes in a 9 x 13 baking dish.Step 6
Sprinkle garlic powder and salt evenly over potatoes.Step 7
Drizzle with olive oil.Step 8
Toss with your hands to make sure potatoes are evenly coated.Step 9
Bake 20 minutes.Step 10
Stir and bake another 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown.
