Aussie Breakfast Fry-Up
For a nice weekend treat, try cooking up a typical Aussie breakfast. Enjoy bacon and eggs but add toasted and baked beans to the mix—Aussie style.

Ingredients
- 4large eggs
- 6strips smoked bacon
- 4slices whole wheat bread
- 1can baked beans
- 1tablespoon unsalted butter

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Place the baked beans in a medium pot over a moderate heat. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and gently simmer.Step 3
Meanwhile, fry the bacon until desired crispness and then drain on paper towels.Step 4
Fry the eggs last in the same pan used to fry the bacon.Step 5
Toast the bread and spread on the butter. Place the eggs on top of the toast and add the bacon and a side of baked beans.Step 6
