Ingredients
- 6pork chops
- ⅔cup soy sauce
- ⅓cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- ⅓cup water
- ¼cup rice vinegar
- 3garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger

In a saucepan mix all ingredients except the pork chops and heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool.Step 3
Place chops in a large container or plastic bag. Pour marinade over chops and seal the container. Let sit overnight.Step 4

Remove chops from marinade and place marinade in a saucepan add water. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.Step 6
