Fried Lobster Balls
These flavorful lobster balls combine lobster meat with seasonings, panko, and Parmesan, are formed into balls and then fried. A perfect party food.

Ingredients
- 1cup coarse bread crumbs or panko
- ½cup flour
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- ½teaspoon garlic powder
- ½teaspoon dill weed
- ½teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2/ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅓cup Parmesan cheese
- 1teaspoon lemon juice
- 8ounces raw lobster meat, finely chopped
- ¼cup green bell pepper (sweet capsicum), finely chopped
- ½small sweet onion , finely chopped
- 3eggs, well-beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1
Whisk together breadcrumbs, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dill weed, lemon pepper, salt, and Parmesan cheese.Step 2
Stir in the lemon juice, lobster, bell pepper, sweet onion, and eggs until well-combined.Step 3
Let rest for 15 minutes.Step 4
Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a heavy skillet to 375 F or preheat a deep-fryer.Step 5
Roll lobster mixture into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.Step 6
Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately,
