Mediterranean Pizza
Tangy feta and Mediterranean vegetables like roasted peppers and heart of palm make for a great twist on the classic pizza toppings.

Ingredients
- 1store-bought pizza dough
- 2to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 ½roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
- ½red onion, thinly sliced
- 6ounces grape tomatoes, halved
- 6ounces feta
- ⅓cup thinly-sliced heart of palm
- 1tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Prepare the dough per package instructions, rolling it out to fit a baking sheet. Transfer dough to an oiled baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle oregano.Step 3
Layer red peppers, onion, and grape tomatoes.Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes then remove from oven and layer heart of palm and feta.Step 5
Return to oven and bake for about 8 minutes longer, or until edges are golden brown. Finish with a sprinkle of finishing salt, remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
