- Serves: 12 persons
- 360 gplain yoghurt
- 50 gapple jelly
- 100 graspberries
- 30 gcrispy spelt muesli
Step 1Line the gratin dish with baking paper.
Step 2Mix the yoghurt and apple jelly in a bowl, transfer to the prepared dish.
Step 3Mash the raspberries with a fork, spread on top of the yoghurt, create a marble effect using the fork.
Step 4Spread the muesli on top of the yoghurt.Freeze the yoghurt for approx. 4 hrs.
Step 5Remove the frozen yoghurt from the dish. Break into pieces, serve immediately.
