Gourmet Wasabi Grits
My budding gourmet chef husband invented this one morning as a perfect side to his wonderful Lump Crab Meat Swiss Cheese Omelets! Can't wait to serve it to dinner guests with a nice piece of Marinated Steel Head Salmon and steamed Asparagus!
- Serves: 1 person
- 1(1 ounce) packet instant grits (such as Quaker®)
- ½cup boiling water
- 1teaspoon wasabi sauce (such as S&B® Wasabi)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step 1Mix grits and boiling water together in a bowl; stir in wasabi sauce, salt, and pepper.
