    Gather the ingredients.

    Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Step 3

    In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.

    On a lightly floured surface, roll out bread dough into an 8 x 14-inch rectangle.

    Brush prepared egg mixture evenly over rectangle, reserving about 3 tablespoons.

    Arrange pepperoni slices over rolled-out bread dough. 
  7. Step 7

    Cover surface with shredded provolone cheese.

    Starting from narrow end, gently roll as you would a jelly roll .

    Pinch to seal edges and ends. Place seam-side down on a large baking sheet.

    Brush with reserved egg mixture. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Slice and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
