Chestnut & Wild Mushroom Tart
The flavours of mushrooms, hazelnuts and chestnuts harmonise beautifully in this woodland dish, a true celebration of autumn.

- 200g wholemeal spelt flour
- 4EL olive oil
- 4EL cold water
- 150g cream cheese
- 150g cooked chestnuts, peeled
- 400g wild mushrooms (porcini, chanterelle, oyster etc)
- 1small onion
- 1large carrot
- 1Handvoll garlic
- 1Bund parsley
- handful of hazelnuts
- salt & pepper
