Gluten-Free Potato Flour Biscuit
Gluten-free buttermilk biscuits made with potato flour, buttermilk, and a touch of margarine. You won't want to share these!

Ingredients
- ½cup rice flour
- 1tablespoon potato flour
- 2teaspoons sugar
- ⅛teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon baking soda
- ⅓cup buttermilk
- 1tablespoon margarine (melted)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.Step 2
Mix together the rice flour, potato flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add buttermilk and margarine and mix until well blended.Step 3
Partially flatten pieces of dough with hand and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
