Mustard Cheese Sauce
This cheddar cheese sauce flavored with a little mustard and garlic is excellent on vegetables, pasta, and chicken, and as part of a cheesy casserole.

- 2tablespoons butter
- 2tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1cup milk
- ½cup cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
- ½teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash of garlic powder
