Air-fryer lamb chops
Cook lamb chops in the air-fryer coated with garlic and herbs for an easy, flavourful dish. Serve with mash and your favourite vegetables on the side

Ingredients
- 5 ½tbsp olive oil
- 2garlic cloves , finely grated
- 1tbsp chopped fresh herbs , such as rosemary, thyme or oregano
- 8lamb chops
- chopped fresh parsley , to serve (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the oil, garlic and herbs in a bowl. Add the lamb chops and mix into the oil so they’re well coated.Step 2
Heat the air-fryer to 190C. Put the lamb chops in the air-fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in two batches – try not to squeeze them in or the fat won't crisp). Cook for 6 mins, then turn over and cook for a further 4-6 mins. They should be slightly pink in the middle, but you can cook for longer if you prefer them well done.Step 3
Arrange on a platter and scatter over some fresh chopped parsley, if you like.
