- 1onion, finely diced
- 200 gSpaghetti
- 2 clove(s)garlic, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 tinsardines fillets in olive oil
- 1 cantuna (80g)
- olive oil
- fresh rocket for garnish
- 400 gpenne pasta
Step 1Sweat the onions and garlic cloves in olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes.
Step 2Chop the sardine and tuna and add to the tomato sauce. Simmer the tomato sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain excess water and mix with the sauce.
Step 4Arrange the Sardinian pasta and garnish with the fresh rocket.
