- 200 gSpaghetti
- 2 clove(s)garlic, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 tinsardines fillets in olive oil
- 1 cantuna (80g)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- fresh rocket for garnish
- 400 gpenne pasta
Instructions
Step 1
Sweat the onions and garlic cloves in olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes.Step 2
Chop the sardine and tuna and add to the tomato sauce. Simmer the tomato sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain excess water and mix with the sauce.Step 4
Arrange the Sardinian pasta and garnish with the fresh rocket.
