Bratwurst Patty Burger
Want the best of both worlds? Try this recipe for a hamburger made with a bratwurst patty, topped with sauerkraut, mustard, and pickles.

Ingredients
- 1 ½pounds bratwurst sausages
 - 4hamburger buns
 - 1cup sauerkraut
 - 12sliced pickles
 - Dijon mustard (to taste)

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Cut the casings from the bratwursts and add the meat to the bowl.Step 3
Divide into four equal portions and form into patties.Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium heat, taking care to make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.Step 5
Once the grill is preheated, add the bratwurst patties and grill until cooked through to at least medium-well, flipping as needed.Step 6
Remove from the grill. Place on bun and top with about 1/4 cup of sauerkraut along with pickles and mustard.
