- 190grams sourdough starter
- 100grams milk
- 2large eggs
- 100grams flour
- 1 ½teaspoons baking powder
- 30grams sugar
- 5grams salt
- 20grams butter (melted)
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Preheat your waffle iron to medium or dark and preheat your oven to 200 F.
Step 3In a large bowl, whisk together the sourdough starter, milk, and eggs until completely incorporated.
Step 4In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Step 5Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Add the melted butter and mix until just incorporated.
Step 6Ladle onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Times will vary depending on your specific waffle iron.
