Easy Individual Cherry Cobblers
Cherry pie filling and simple drop biscuits make these individual cherry cobblers quick and delicious. Top the biscuits with a little cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients
- 1can (20 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 1cup all-purpose flour
- 3teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 ½teaspoons baking powder
- ¼teaspoon cream of tartar
- ⅛teaspoon salt
- 4tablespoons melted butter (2 ounces)
- ½cup milk
- ¼cup vanilla sugar (or cinnamon sugar , for topping)

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Butter four 6-ounce ramekins*. Divide the pie filling among the ramekins. Set them on a foil-lined baking sheet.Step 3
Preheat oven to 375 F.Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt. Add the melted butter and milk, stirring just until moistened. Drop batter by heaping tablespoon onto the filling.Step 5
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar or vanilla sugar over the biscuits.Step 6
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until biscuits are browned and filling is hot and bubbly.Step 7
Makes 4. *Use six 4-ounce ramekins to make 6 cobblers.Step 8
