- 1large rutabaga (about 6 inches in diameter)
- 2to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1tablespoon dried Italian herb mix
- 2teaspoons kosher salt
- 1teaspoon sugar

Peel the rutabaga and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.Step 4
