- ¾cup vegan margarine (or butter substitute)
- ⅓cup white sugar
- ¾cup brown sugar
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- ½cup soy milk (or another non-dairy milk substitute)
- 1cup all-purpose flour
- ½teaspoon baking soda
- ½teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼teaspoon ginger powder
- ¼teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼teaspoon nutmeg
- 3cups oatmeal (quick-cooking or rolled)
- 1cup dried cranberries
