Southern Cream Gravy
This rich Southern cream gravy can be made with drippings from fried chicken or a roast. It can also be made with sausage or bacon fat.

Ingredients
- 3tablespoons pan drippings
- 3tablespoons flour
- 2 ½cups milk
- ½cup heavy cream
- Dash of salt (or to taste)
- Dash of pepper (or to taste)
Instructions

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Pour the drippings into a skillet .Step 3
Stir in the flour until well blended.Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbly.Step 5
Gradually add the milk and cream.Step 6
Boil until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
