- 1pastry dough, rolled into a circle
- 3 tbspground almonds
- 750 gapples
- 2 tspcinnamon
- 1 tspbourbon vanilla powder
- 2 dlalmond drink
Step 1Line a tart tin (approx. 28 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Place the pastry in the tin. Prick the pastry firmly with a fork. Scatter the almonds over the top.
Step 2Core the apples and cut into thin slices, place in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and vanilla, mix. Spread the apples on top of the pastry.
Step 3Whisk the eggs and almond milk, pour over the apples.
Step 4Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
