Ingredients

4 tbsp instant coffee
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
2.5 dl full-cream milk

Steps

Pour the coffee, sugar and water into a measuring cup. Using the whisk on a hand mixer, whisk for approx. 10 mins. until stiff.
Froth the milk hot or cold using a milk frother, pour into 4 glasses. Top with the coffee foam.
