Ingredients
- 1to 1 1/2 pounds chuck steak (about 1-inch thick)
- 1(1-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 3medium potatoes (peeled and quartered)
- 3carrots (halved lengthwise and cut into quarters)
- 2ribs celery (cut into sticks)
- 2tablespoons butter
- ½teaspoon salt
- ¼teaspoon paprika

Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F.Step 2
Tear off a 2- to 3-foot piece of 18-inch-wide heavy-duty aluminum foil.Step 3
