Crab stick salad
Make this quick and easy crab stick salad with refreshing cucumber and creamy mayonnaise for a barbecue or picnic
- Serves: 4 persons
- 200g rice noodles
- 1cucumber, diced
- radishes, sliced
- 200g crab sticks, cut into pieces
- 20g mayonnaise
- 150ml natural yogurt
- pinch of garlic granules
- small bunch dill, finely chopped
Step 1Gently break the rice noodles up, then put them in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Cover, then set aside for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
Step 2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, folding them gently together. Serve immediately or chill until needed. This recipe has been provided by Moje Gotowane and not been re-tested by us.
