Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken in Yogurt Sauce
A super simple slow cooker recipe for shredded chicken in a tomato-yogurt-curry sauce.

Ingredients
- ½cup fat-free Greek yogurt
 - 1(6 ounce) can tomato paste
 - 1onion, chopped
 - 4cloves garlic
 - 2tablespoons curry powder
 - 1tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
 - 1½ pounds skinless chicken breasts
 - salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 - 1teaspoon sriracha sauce, or to taste
 
Instructions
Step 1
Combine yogurt, tomato paste, onion, garlic, curry powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker. Add chicken breasts and mix with yogurt sauce.Step 2
Cook on Low until chicken is tender and cooked through, about 8 hours. Shred with 2 forks.
