Make a homemade mint sauce using finely chopped fresh mint, red wine vinegar and a little sugar – it's a classic sauce to serve with roast lamb

- 1bunch of mint, finely chopped
- 1tbsp caster sugar
- 2tbsp red wine vinegar
Step 1Combine the mint, sugar and vinegar in a heatproof bowl.
Step 2Season with salt and pepper, pour in 4-5 tbsp boiling water and mix to combine.
