Mug French Toast
Enjoy a single serving of this brunch favorite. There's very little clean-up, there's no need to turn on the stove, and it's ready in just minutes.

Ingredients
- ¼cup milk
- 1egg
- ½teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛teaspoon salt
- 1cup cubed brioche bread
- 1teaspoon butter
- 1tablespoon maple syrup

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.Step 3
Toss the cubed brioche with the milk mixture and soak for 1 minute.Step 4
Spoon the soaked bread mixture into a 12-ounce mug. (Discard any remaining liquid in the bowl.) Microwave for 2 minutes.Step 5
Top with a pat of butter and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy warm.
