- Serves: 16 persons
- ½ bunchflat-leaf parsley
- 125 gplain organic cream cheese
- ½ tspmild paprika
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 8 slicesdark toast
- 350 gboiled beets
- 2 pinchessalt
Step 1Finely grate the carrot, finely chop the parsley, place both in a bowl along with the cream cheese, mix, season.
Step 2Cut 4 stars (each approx. 4 cm) out of each slice of toast. Spread the cream cheese on top of the stars.
Step 3Slice the beetroot into approx. 5 mm slices. Cut out 16 stars.
Step 4Place the beetroot stars on top of half of the toast stars, season with salt. Cover with the remaining toast stars (spread side down). Secure with a toothpick.
