Lychee spritz
Raise a toast to warmer days with a glass of prosecco that has floral notes and a hint of tropical fruit thanks to lychee juice and rosewater

Ingredients
- 200ml lychee juice
- 1tsp rosewater
- 750ml bottle prosecco
- soda water , for topping up
- 4raspberries , to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the lychee juice between four champagne flutes, then add ¼ tsp rosewater to each.Step 2
Divide the prosecco between the glasses, then top up with soda water. Drop a raspberry into each glass, then serve.
