Heirloom Tomato Salad with Feta
Greek-style heirloom tomato salad. Garnish with more basil.

- ¼cup chopped fresh basil
- 3tablespoons lemon juice
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 2teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼teaspoon salt
- ⅛teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4large multicolor heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 2medium English cucumbers, sliced
- ⅓cup crumbled feta cheese
Step 1Whisk basil, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl to make dressing.
Step 2Arrange tomatoes and cucumbers in a serving dish. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with feta cheese.
