Balsamic Herb Lamb Chops
The flavorful marinade for these grilled lamb chops includes balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, rosemary, and Dijon, which adds a nice crust.

- 12lamb rib chops
- ½cup olive oil
- ¼cup balsamic vinegar
- 2cloves garlic (minced)
- 1tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1tablespoon honey
- 2teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1teaspoon dried oregano
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Place the lamb chops in a shallow baking dish or resealable plastic bag.
Step 3Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey, mustard, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour over lamb chops. Gently flip the chops to coat both sides evenly.
Step 4Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 5Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 6Remove the chops from the marinade and place them onto the grill grates; discard the marinade.
Step 7Grill the lamb chops for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
