- 1 ½cups whole milk
- ½cup brown sugar
- ½cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¾cups mashed ripe bananas
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ½cups heavy cream
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1cup crumbled vanilla wafer cookies

In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until dissolved.Step 3
Stir in the mashed ripe bananas and the ground cinnamon.Step 4
Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract.Step 5
Churn according to manufacturer’s directions, about 20 to 25 minutes.Step 6
During the last 5 minutes of churning, add the crumbled vanilla wafer cookies.Step 7
Transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 2 hours before scooping and serving.
