Grapefruit negroni

Ingredients
- 25ml gin
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- 50ml pink grapefruit juice
- ice
- grapefruit wedge , to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the gin, vermouth, Campari and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker or jug filled with ice. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and the outside of the shaker or jug feels cold.Step 2
Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge to serve.
