Grapefruit negroni

Welcome warmer days with a zesty grapefruit twist on the classic gin-based cocktail, the negroni. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit to serve

Ingredients

• 25 ml gin
• 25 ml sweet vermouth
• 25 ml Campari
• 50 ml pink grapefruit juice
• ice
• grapefruit wedge , to garnish

Steps

1. Pour the gin, vermouth, Campari and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker or jug filled with ice. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and the outside of the shaker or jug feels cold.
2. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge to serve.
